feat(selectors): add plate and attachment selectors
- NEW: ui/plate_selector.py - Searchable plate browser
- Filter by protection type (Impact, Cut, etc.)
- Filter by minimum protection
- Highlights plates matching mob damage type
- NEW: ui/attachment_selector.py - Tabbed attachment browser
- Tabs: All, Amplifiers, Scopes, Sights, Absorbers
- Search within each category
- Color-coded by attachment type

- Loadout Manager v2.0 with full Nexus API integration (3,099 weapons, 1,985 armors)
