fix: update legal disclaimer in standalone extractor 

Footer now reads:
"Entropia Nexus is a fan-made resource and is not affiliated with MindArk PE AB. Entropia Universe is a trademark of MindArk PE AB."

Also updated header comment with same disclaimer.
